Boultham Park is a 50-acre site which has undergone a multi-million-pound restoration project, this was grant aided by the Heritage Lottery Fund and the Big Lottery Fund Parks for People.
The project included restoration of the oldest park building, a stable block, into a 2 storey Education Centre as well as developing a new build Café, Shop and Horticulture Centre
Bob Costello Associates were commissioned to provide full mechanical and electrical professional services. Designs for the Grade 2 listed stable block were carefully engineered to minimise damage to the historic building fabric whilst providing the functionality necessary in modern education facilities.
The new Café building included a commercial kitchen, along with energy efficient building services.
